1. Return and Refunds Policy
a. We are open for any faulty product exchange within 5 working days.
b. Products that define as faulty: Manufacturing faults/have defects / Products have been wrongly described / Products are different to the goods that you ordered.
c. Once your request is approved, please return the products to us in the following 2-3 working days.
d. The product being exchanged must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
e. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase.
f. Products returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged.
g. Please note that all return costs of shipping the product will be covered by customer, except for faulty items.
h. We reserve the right to deny refunds for reasons such as ‘change of mind’. Order may not be returned even the condition is still good. We recommend you to consider your purchase accurately.

2. Shipping Policy
a. Delivery costs for will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider.
b. We aim to process your order within 2 - 4 business days (otherwise stated before on our conversation), weekends and public holiday excluded. We will try our best to process and ship the products as soon as possible.
c. Please note that delivery will be made if the goods have been paid 100%
d. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
e. In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.
3. Payment Policy
a. We only accept payment via BCA transfer.
b. Payment is made after confirmation from us about the availability of goods ordered and the total transfer.
c. You have to make payment within 1 x 24 hours after your order confirmation.
d. Please give confirmation to us after making payment (via e-mail or direct contact).
e. All prices on our site are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and will be charge in Indonesian Rupiah.
f. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders.
